General Information:

Round rings are the most common ring design. The round configuration allows easy turning . Shown in open position with trigger (booster) on end which serves to open or close rings. Base width acts as a tension devise. The wider the base generally the better the tension on rings. Hole shown is for rivets. Measure given horizontally across ring for holding capacity. Rings are commonly spine (backbone) mounted. Can be back cover mounted which removed rivet from spine giving more print room for backbone. Back mounted ring also allows front cover & spine to fold back onto back cover.

2 sheetlifters (sheetsavers) are recommended for Round rings
