1. We accept the following file formats on both PC and Mac: Adobe Illustrator, version 11 (.ai or .eps) or lower. OUR PREFERENCE Quark Xpress, version 6.0 (.qxd) or lower. Adobe In Design, version 2.0 (.indd) or lower. Adobe Photoshop, version 8.0 (.psd/layers) or lower. (High Resolution) PDF document. (Only if PDF is created in Illustrator)
2. Full color artwork sent in a bitmap format (jpeg, gif, bmp, tiff, psd, etc.) must be 300 dpi and may require additional art charges quoted on a per job basis.
3. CD-Rom.

Digital Artwork Guidelines:

1. The file should contain vector graphics only (no imported bitmaps).

2. All text must be converted to outlines (Illustrator) or included in a separate Font Folder.

3. If your artwork contains more than ONE COLOR, there must be COLOR SEPARATION within the artwork.

4. Make sure all lines have a minimum width of 1pt.

5. For silk screening, only use halftone values (screen values) between 30% and 75%.

6. There is no charge for outputting tab and binder artwork, if setup properly using the formats and guidelines specified on this sheet. All work done to correct art will be charged at an hourly rate.

Email Guidelines:

1. Limit file size to 2MB or less.

2. When sending several medium to large files, send each file in a separate email rather than sending all of them in one email.

3. Make sure you identify your company’s name in the subject line, and provide a brief description in the body of the email.

4. All of your attachment files must be named.
